Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If you experience an issue, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Incorrect Addresses

BLINKSBYAISSATOU is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Please double-check your shipping information before completing checkout.

Shipping Liability

Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS), we are no longer responsible for delivery delays, damages, or lost/stolen items. However if this happens, please reach out to us so we can help resolve the issue.

Pickup Orders

We offer local pickup for select orders.
To use this option, select “Pickup” during checkout.
After placing your order, we will reach out to arrange a convenient pickup time.
